How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device's App Store or Google Play account, not through Oikoa directly. On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Oikoa → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Oikoa → Cancel. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep Premium access until then.
Can I see my birth chart again?
Yes — open the app, tap the Chart tab. Your chart is computed once on signup and stored under your account; it never changes unless you re-enter your birth data. If you need to correct your birth time or place, contact us — we'll regenerate the chart for you.
How accurate are the daily readings?
The readings are generated by Anthropic's Claude using your real natal chart and today's actual sky positions (we compute these with the Swiss Ephemeris, the same library professional astrologers use). The interpretations follow classical Western astrology — Hellenistic foundations with modern psychological additions. They're a real reading, but they're for personal reflection and learning, not for making important life decisions. See our Terms for more on that.
Will you ever sell my data?
No. We make money from premium subscriptions, not from your data. We don't share your chart, journal entries, or tutor conversations with advertisers or data brokers. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
I lost my progress — can you restore it?
Lesson progress, unlocked concepts, and your chart sync to your account in real time. Signing in on a new device should pull everything back. If something looks missing, email us your account email and we'll dig into the logs.
How do I delete my account?
Profile tab → Reset Prototype. That signs you out and clears your local data; we delete your server-side data within 30 days. If you also have an active subscription, cancel it through your App Store / Play Store first so you stop being billed.
